Welcome to 109.Detailing. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our car detailing services and the relationship between you (the "Client") and 109.Detailing (the "Service Provider"). By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services

1.1 Service Description

109.Detailing provides mobile car detailing services including but not limited to exterior washing, polishing, waxing, interior cleaning, leather conditioning, and ceramic coating applications. The specific services to be provided will be those selected by the Client at the time of booking.

1.2 Service Availability

Our services are available throughout Florida. Service availability may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and scheduling constraints. We reserve the right to decline service in certain areas or under certain circumstances at our discretion.

1.3 Service Customization

While we offer standardized packages, we understand that each vehicle and client may have unique needs. Minor customizations to our standard packages may be accommodated upon request, subject to additional fees and technician availability.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

2.1 Booking Process

Appointments can be made through our website, by phone, or email. All appointments are subject to confirmation by 109.Detailing. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time, but cannot guarantee availability for all requests.

2.2 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their vehicle (make, model, year, condition) and location. For mobile services, clients must ensure there is adequate space, water, and electrical access (if required) at the service location, unless otherwise arranged with 109.Detailing.

2.3 Service Duration

The duration of services varies depending on the package selected and the condition of the vehicle. Estimated timeframes will be provided at booking, but actual duration may vary. Our detailers will never rush through a job to meet a timeframe if it would compromise quality.

3. Payments & Pricing

3.1 Pricing Structure

Our prices are based on vehicle size, condition, and the specific services requested. All prices are clearly displayed on our website and will be confirmed at the time of booking. Additional fees may apply for vehicles in exceptionally poor condition, with pet hair, extreme dirt/mud, or other challenging conditions.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and mobile payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). For certain services, particularly high-value packages, a deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

3.3 Additional Charges

In the event that the vehicle requires additional work beyond what was initially quoted (due to undisclosed conditions or client requests during service), we will discuss any additional charges with you before proceeding.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1 Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the service price.

4.2 Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty if done more than 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment time is subject to availability and may incur a small fee.

4.3 Service Provider Cancellations

In the event that 109.Detailing needs to cancel an appointment (due to weather, technician illness, or unforeseen circumstances), we will make every effort to reschedule at your convenience. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund of any deposit will be issued.

5. Limitations of Liability

5.1 Pre-existing Conditions

109.Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or conditions including but not limited to: paint scratches, swirls, chips, dents, rust, water spots, stains, or mechanical/electrical issues. We recommend taking photos of any notable pre-existing damage before service.

5.2 Service Limitations

While we strive for perfection, certain conditions may not be completely correctable, such as deep scratches, permanent stains, extensive water spots, or damage to leather/upholstery. Our staff will inform you of any limitations before or during the service.

5.3 Personal Items

Please remove all personal items from your vehicle before service. 109.Detailing is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items left in the vehicle during the detailing process.

5.4 Vehicle Operation

In some circumstances, our technicians may need to move your vehicle short distances as part of the detailing process. By consenting to our services, you authorize our staff to operate your vehicle for this purpose. We ensure that only licensed staff will move vehicles when necessary.

6. Quality Guarantee

6.1 Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the services provided, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will arrange to inspect the vehicle and address any legitimate concerns at no additional cost.

6.2 Ceramic Coating Warranty

For vehicles receiving ceramic coating services, we provide a specific warranty as detailed in our Ceramic Coating Agreement. This warranty requires adherence to proper maintenance procedures and regularly scheduled maintenance inspections.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 Client Information

We collect and maintain certain personal information necessary to provide our services, including your name, contact information, vehicle details, and payment information. This information is kept confidential and is not sold or shared with third parties except as required to provide our services or comply with legal obligations.

7.2 Photography

We often take before and after photos of vehicles we service for quality control and marketing purposes. These photos focus on the vehicle only and will not include identifiable personal information. If you do not wish for your vehicle to be photographed, please notify us at the time of booking.

8. Modifications to Terms

109.Detailing reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
